4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including workbook responses, journal entries, and exported documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use your personally identifiable content for training AI models, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.
5. AI Coaching Features
The Service offers optional AI-powered coaching feedback. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (career, legal, financial, or otherwise). You acknowledge that AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you use them at your own discretion.
When you use AI coaching, the text of your prompts is sent to third-party AI providers. Your name, email, and other personally identifiable information are not included in these requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that could harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control; the Service is a development tool, not a guarantee of professional advancement.
